O'Quinn and others on TV have made allegations about whose names are really on the properties.
This is going to sound horrible... and there is not way to really know for certain, .. but in the end this turn of events may turn out to be a long-term blessing for Dannielynn... I cannot imagine if she was raised by ANS and HKS she would turn out any different than what happened to Daniel, I think at least, now, there is a chance of a better outcome for this childs future.

Now, Virgie appears to be arguing just the opposite of her arguments in Florida -- that she should be appointed a guardian (partial or otherwise) of Dannielynn when DL already has a father to care for her, LB. What an ironic twist.
Working out a visitation schedule in writing between LB and Virgie seems fair. Anything more that that, appears to be motivated by the money.
If Virgie plays her cards right though, and DL does inherit riches, and she grows up knowing Virgie as a loving grandmother, then it is highly likely that DL will be generous and kind to her relatives with her money down the road.
I fear Virgie's lawyers are not advising her in her best interests or DL's as they are motivated by $$$ as well.
I DO hope Virgie pursues wrongful death actions against HK$ and KE.
Most of those drug prescriptions found in ANS’s room were in HIS name, weren’t they? Wouldn’t that be legal grounds for charging him for lying to a doctor?
She’s not legally entitled to visitations! She’ll get what Larry gives her; she better behave.
Where did you read that? She held it up at the last minute with one last attempted appeal with the Florida courts to turn the body over to her instead of Milstein. They had to stop everything until the court refused her appeal and then and only then did she finally show up at the church for th funeral.

What kind of Lawyer writes one up like that in the first place? You can find a typical Ca will on the web. It’s a plug in.
