Yes, you can eat very well and keep the weight off as long as you use the treadmill regularly.

Wow...small world! Our family escaped South Florida years ago...but in my youth I grew up around the Bahamas. My parents were in the boat business and boat raced and tournament fished all the islands.
My mom even knew Gibson from his Calypso band...lol.

I’m really uncoordinated, so the fact that there are only 4 WATP basic moves is really good for me! LOL!! No falling over!
I also just picked up her “You Can Do Pilates!” She really explains things well and shows different modifications if you are just staring out. It’s great!
I rotate WATP with yoga and it’s really amazing the transformation in my body. I’m not losing weight, but definitely losing inches!
Oh gawd. I just found some M&M’s....when this is over, I’ve got to go shopping for a treadmill!
it’s morally wrong to keep a child from their grandparents -
after all, they will get to know the grandparents on their own at 18, and will most likely resent the parent that prevented them from doing so....

Adorable! Just how much would a little pony go for? I have a 3-year-old granddaughter who puts a racoon tail in her pants and runs around pretending she’s a horse.

That’s why I like the Walk Away the Pounds, because our place is small so a treadmill just won’t work. I LOVED when we did have one though! I was down there constantly.
