Love those workouts and her others! They’re so easy on the joints! I’ve got a bunch of hers for variety. I get bored with the same thing over and again. Got those, my bike, weights, stability ball, etc. And losing nicely to boot!

If LB is the father, he has a large family who have been very supportive of him through this including his mother and his father, his sisters and brother. They are good people and from what I've seen not so many family skeletens....
think at this point Dannielynn needs to be far away from anything to do with ANS and have a chance to grow up in a completely different environment than produced ANS and all her demons.

Whew! Through, but hubby has to move them out to the smokehouse and smoke tomorrow. A few years ago we made 400 lbs of sausage AND butchered the darn hogs before hand AND made lard AND made cracklin’s (pork rinds) AND ham AND bacon. Ahhhh, them wuz the good old days. LOLL Glad they are gone. D@mn, does my back hurt. :(
