No kidding....I’ve been out for a couple of hours and have several pages to catch up on...gosh the rumors abound, eh?
I’ve got the tv on now, finally...lots of speculating about deals going on behind the scenes too...sorry, but I cannot see LB making any back room deal with HKS, unless they’re deals he doesn’t plan to keep...any word on bets as to whether or not HKS takes flight back to the states?

IMHO, the baby remains in danger as long as she is with Howard Stern, considering his life style or whatever.

Howard will have to "seek" custody and because his claim was fraudulent to start with, he won't even be considered. There will be NO joint custody with Howard. But the court will stipulate that Virgie has some visitation rights to her grandchild and Larry and Virgie may proceed with requests in the matter or have the option of working it out themselves with a return to the court ALWAYS be left open.
Just my opinion.

Something happens to that baby then Virgie becomes the next of kin...
HKS would rather be boiled in oil than see Virgie get the estate.

Personally, I think getting the bill published was a diversionary tactic by HKS’s side. Nazarian, the new HKS PI in LA, probably cobbled the thing together from bits and pieces of retrieved Opri trash.
I’ve never been a fan of Opri, but the bill thing was definitely underhanded.
I said Howard would now LEAVE first....He doesn’t want to attend that inquest. He simply couldn’t leave while he had Dannie Lynn. It would “look funny” and people would say “bad things” about him and imagine all kinds of things that might effect his reputation.

Once things settle down (the baby is settled nicely in the nursery at Larry’s) LB can dispute the bill with the California Bar who will determine if the charges are excessive.
I want the judge to give LB that baby TO-DAY.
In one hour we will find out and I tell you I pray that LB gets that kid and gets the hell out of dodge never to be heard of again for the sake of the baby! That would be the absolute best scenario IMO.

She cannot write off what she didn’t actually get paid... once paid the expenses are deductible — unless the IRS finds them to be above and beyond what is “reasonable.”
