Basements are rare in the South. But, indeed, our second choice has a basement. This one doesn't - however, the three car garage makes up for it.
There's a family room and two big "bonus" rooms.
That's good. Combining 2 households means there's lots of duplicate stuff that needs to be stored until you're ready to part with it.

Yesterday, Prager really slammed AlGore's pledge dodge, calling it disgusting! Also nailed the carbon transfer scheme for what it is: a boondoggle or worse for its manipulation of poorer people.
