Basements are rare in the South. But, indeed, our second choice has a basement. This one doesn't - however, the three car garage makes up for it.
There's a family room and two big "bonus" rooms.

There's a family room and two big "bonus" rooms. That's good. Combining 2 households means there's lots of duplicate stuff that needs to be stored until you're ready to part with it.
