As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!

Appellants contest the district courts dismissal of their complaint alleging that the District of Columbias gun control laws violate their Second Amendment rights. The court held that the Second Amendment (A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed) does not bestow any rights on individuals except, perhaps, when an individual serves in an organized militia such as todays National Guard. We reverse.
Thus rules the United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

I'm speechless, Toby. What is becoming of our country? And why aren't Republicans shouting from the rooftops against this kind of thing?

I have been filling post holes, where they came from I will never know but they were at least 3' deep. Glad one of the horses don't step in one, going searching for more in just a bit.

Why no one will listen? You know we do have defectors to the dimwitts don't you?

I swear, Toby, the enemy within is freaking me out more than AQ ever did.
I'd better scoot and remind my husband he has to shine his shoes, etc. We're going to a wedding this evening. The reception is going to be on the Savannah River so I'm hoping the rain holds off.

I am thinking of running down to the casino in a few days, got the itch, forgot what side Itch is for good luck, right or left.

Me and that boy from Mississippi what works with me may have tied one on pretty tight last night. I found furniture in the yard this morning. We've been working so long, and so hard, I guess we sorta blew up when we got a night off. I hope the police come pick up their stuff today.
Beer for breakfast at 12:30..... Yep... We tied one on.

Tell you what, these folks in this nation had better wake up and understand that if they ever get in the USA many, many folks are going to die, many. I think the dims are betting on them not coming here but watch and see.

I remember spending about 30 minutes trying to put a cat into a coke box. Cat didn't cooperate. We didn't get plumb stupid.... Nobody got shot or nothing.
Yep. He's from near your neck of the woods. And he's pretty soulful sad this morning, especially when I crank up the stereo, play happy kids songs. We may not be done with the weekend, quite yet. I've still got bail money in the wallet, waiting to bail us out.... :>)
Weekends like this, there's a long list of wimmen happy that I'm single.

And on a sad note.....Boston..Don't Look Back. Their guitars send shivers up my spine.
Greg and I saw them in concert 20 plus years ago. After fighting with college students for a place on the floor and covering our noses..(hint..wink) it was well worth the 2 hour trip.... no..no...hmmm ride. ;-)

Okay, then ..don't click on my 23 post. It may hurt!
It's a tad loud, much louder than cats walking on the floor.

Everybody is sad and soulful this morning. I'm trying to get everyone interested in breakfast of scrambled eggs and chili and gravy. I'm playing happy songs reaaly loud to cheer everybody up, but some of them are talking about doing really mean things to me.
It's just another fine day to be alive...
