Did anyone see the video of Marshall in which he makes the statement that "I, ...of sound mind" and was going to say something about ANS but the show went to break and when I got back from surfing, I missed it. Anyone?
I think that's what drove Howard to his obsession with videos as evidence. IIRC, it was shown to the jury in the Marshall Case. Howard's case was based on, IMHO, that part of Marshall's financial assets was automatic and not excluded by the video. He got it half-a** backwards. That's why the jury ruled as they did.
