I had forgotten that HKS said, on the stand, that Daniel was home-schooled through high school. That's a little scary, when you think about it.
If you REALLY think Howard wants custody, you're kidding yourself. What he wanted to get out of was submitting "HIS DNA" and that has occured as far as I know.
He just put on different hats...Father, husband, executor, insurance benefactor...one was bound to work.
I think we'll find out that he's dumped her money....and there's basically nothing left that is accessible. For all we know, KE was the benefactor of insurance policies and has accounts all over the place. I don't believe they are subject to FOI in any way. BUT, insurance companies can speak out. It's who was paying the premiums that would contact the ins. companies or the possessor of the policy. (I will be giving mine to my daughter soon but I pay the premiums and she knows where it is.)
You are correct, I heard him say the same thing. I remember thinking that it was pretty compelling evidence that HKS wasn't letting any of her family call her. It's not just Virgie saying it. It's Daniel (through the PI) and now ANS's father.
That they are. Those are my kinda men. Altho, i can go for the Johnny Depp type too. But then again he's kind of a rebel type so there ya go.
It is unfortunate that Hogan left Virgie when Anna was an infant and apparently had no contact with her. He was also unaware of his grandchild Daniel, until Anna reached out to find him in 1992.
I liked what he said about Daniel. "He was a nice little boy".
They only had sporadic contact after that...because of their different lifestyles, I suppose.

It's reassuring that Don Hogan has supported Virgie in her effort to rescue their granddaughter Dannielyn - they are each trying to do the best under overwhelming odds. Money, elitism and bias from most of the media.
I get the feeling what he wants to say when they ask him if Virgie wants custody is "temporary custody" but he's choosing his words very carefully. He's no dummy this "country boy".

I think that's what drove Howard to his obsession with videos as evidence. IIRC, it was shown to the jury in the Marshall Case. Howard's case was based on, IMHO, that part of Marshall's financial assets was automatic and not excluded by the video. He got it half-a** backwards. That's why the jury ruled as they did.
Did Pierce Marshall have any decendants to carry on the fight that you know of?

Which TV show was playing old Moe interviews? I'm glad it's old. Cuz i was under the impression that Moe is working with authorities. I believe Moe to be a good guy. He may have gotten caught up in the cover up at first not realizing what had really gone down. That's my take. fwiw.

Yeah, NOW he wants to get out of submitting his DNA, but at first, before he realized he had trouble coming his way he wanted Dannielynn for the money. If he wouldn't have been so greedy, he would've given her up before the fire started to heat up under his arse. Then maybe there would be no investigation. It was his hanging onto Dannielynn and refusal to give up the DNa that got everyone (except ET) suspicious.

Jean Casarez of Court TV is reporting that a HKS appeal is "in the works" (against the DNA test). It has not yet been filed, but she says it is in the works.
It's very important because it talks about Anna's MEMORY LOSS when Daniel died.
The words in this statement could ONLY be provided by Howard.
Will Howard try to explain Memory Loss in the same way he tried to explain "Impaired"????...which he blew royally.
