I thought excluding Virgie from Danny's funeral was the cruelest thing that one could ever do.

Best thing that came from the hearing and I think Seidlin wanted to avoid what happened at Daniel's funeral from happening at ANS's.
What bothers me is the assumption by all that ANS WANTED to be buried in the Bahamas. Assumptions can be made that she would have wanted to be buried by Daniel, but no assumption should be made that she wanted either Daniel OR herself to be buried in the Bahamas. IMO, that decision was entirely out of her hands and drugged up mind and in the hands of Sterns. She always stated she wanted to be buried by Marilyn Monroe...I heard no testimony that has her saying specifically, "I want to be buried in the Bahamas."

A thought of mine on our friend, Judge Seidlin. Do you think (as I am beginning too) in his 'over sensitive ways' he had an inkling of the back story (the use and abuse of ANS by those closed around her) and that he just wanted to give the parties enough rope to eventually hang? He really let HK$ get away with 'lawyer' answers...but yet he was under oath...just makes me go hmmmm.
