I took Cipro for a combo ear,sinus and lung infection. The first antibiotic I took didn't do the trick, but the Cipro did. I also lost some appetite. Wish I'd had no appetite tonight... I ate 2 cinnamon buns and just had to take some Tums:( I'm kinda like ANS: one is never enough!
Any 'Normal' person taking that combination of drugs in any amounts would have died a long time ago! It makes me wonder if HKS and KE were thinking 'What the H_ll are we going to have to do to get rid of her?'!!
I imagine that Anna kept in regular touch with Daniel. I'm a bit suspect of at least parts of the PI's story.

I know. Seems more likely it would have been at Horizons. As to the abrasions, well, we don't really know for sure there were any. It was just from a report that "somebody said so." Unofficial sources and all that. That info should come out in the inquest, if true.
I'm puzzled about Daniel's wallet. How would the Bahamian police know about the PI's card in the wallet? Would they have gone through the wallet themselves before Anna and Howard did? Where? Or did Anna and Howard ask the police to look into Daniel having the business card(possible). At the coroner's? Now, if so, that means to me that Daniel was clothed when his body was taken to the coroner's. If so, maybe the jeans with the pills were NOT the same as he was wearing. Maybe Daniel did keep some pills in pants in his luggage. Maybe we're reading way too much into this. Time will tell.

the Demerol dose was 75mg which is a normal dose for an adult. They do mix it with water in the vial but I don't know the injection cc amount for a 75mg dose. Do you?
Demerol 75mg. is only manufactured in 1 cc volume. However, 75mg. can be obtained from a multi-dose vial. Example: 50mg/cc, total volume = 1.5 cc.
If Daniel's death was deemed 'suspicious' by the Bahamian authorities, the clothes he was wearing at his time of death might have been taken into evidence. Also, it's possible that HKS went through his luggage later (at Horizons) looking for drugs...either to get rid of evidence so no one would know Daniel was using drugs...OR...to PLANT evidence in front of witnesses so that he (HKS) would not be considered a suspect in Daniel's death...
I've got a funny story about my youngest daughter. When she was 5 we all went to Vegas. That was during Vegas's "family friendly" period, pre "what happens in Vegas".
Anyway, we were eating in the buffet and she needed to go potty. So i took her to the bathroom. When she came out of the stall she looked like she'd seen a ghost. And i knew why. Her mouth was wide open and her eyes were as big as golf balls. She said "mommy, the toilet flushed all by itself!". I had to hold back my laughter cuz i was waiting to see what she'd do when she went to wash her hands and the water came out by itself. She put her hands under the faucet and sure enough the water came right out and she just jumped back from the sink. Another lady was in there and saw and heard everything and we both just started laughing hysterically.
We went back to our table to eat but i couldn't eat cuz i didn't stop laughing for a half hour.
She'd kill me if she knew i told this story. When she graduated 8th grade, the parents were asked to tell a story about their child and i SO wanted to tell that story and she begged me not to. I didn't. I regret it. But now i've told everyone!

I tuned in in the middle of a Patty Smith song. I didn't know who Patty Smith was so i didn't know it was her. Talk about a girl who looks like a dude! She sounded like a guy when she sang. She looked like a guy. I mean no make up. Messy hair. A mans suit with a tie. No discernible boobs. When she finished singing, she spoke, and then i realized this must be Patty Smith. Whoa!

Thanks for the wishes of good luck for NCSU Wolfpack Women's Basketball team. Theic coach, Kay Yow, has been battling breast cancer and has been an inspiration to her team and to everyond in our area. So if for no other reason, I hope her team goes far in the NCAA Tourney. (But am also pulling for the Tar Heel women's team.....:-)
Ok...I'm expecting BIG things today, is anyone else?....but am wondering if anyone knows whether or not HKS is ordered to be in court today or if he will continue to go MIA?

No, but if it were a bad enough abscess, it could explain the high fever and the need for the cipro.
