That is so cute!
I think Perper did say that. Perhaps he was being cagey and refering to internal infections only without clarifying. But this does shine some light on why there was interet in alcohol swabs.

As it stands right now, KE, who would be an expert witness, has already said that Anna DIDN't follow instructions and took extra etc.. Nevertheless, she kept giving her combos which could cause accidental death. In other words, the medicine should have been under lock and key OR not prescribed. It was like giving a "baby" pills. Howard's "I've seen her a lot worse than that", doesn't help.
Send them both to jail.
I guess she didn't take the CIPRO..

It just ended. I was not disappointed....always fun to watch! I did miss Billy Ray, though. I took an allergy tab earlier and zzzzzzzz right through his performance, the first competitor. I'm glad I awoke just in time for all the others.

No physician worth their salt should have said that Topamax was a diet aid.
It's irresponsible and dangerous and should make the California Medical Board take a closer look at Dr Erosevich's script writing history.
If she prescribed Topamax for migraines a/o seizures, I'm sure she can back that up with diagnostic tests and referrals...
This case is incredibly complicated, with so many nefarious characters and so many drugs and so many agendas.
The lynchpin of any potential criminal prosecution is going to be the final report of the ME .
From what I have seen of Dr Perper, he does not strike me as someone, for lack of a better phrase,
" hip enough " to fully understand the bizarre ,parasitic and likely criminal nature of her so called friends ,doctors ,lawyers and above all,
her live in maggot, HKS.
As Howie would say, 'well, I'm not a doctor, your Honor'....but that's what I thought. And how beautiful that KE put that 'testimony' out on ET.
I'm worried about Perper as well, as I have since day one.
The alcohol swab report came out right after Kris E's first drug list fax came out. The one she sent to Kapoor and a Pharmacy.

Somebody else asked how come KE hasn't been told by an attorney (gee, where would one of those be?) to shut up about the drugs, etc. She talks about it so glibly - as if she is in absolutely no danger of either losing her license or being accused of malpractice/collusion/causation of death.
Then I thought - aren't all these interviews with ET, employer of Stern?
ET would have a vested interest in KE digging herself deeper and deeper into a hole re: the drugs and Anna - since such a hole could free Howie from implication in Anna's death (but not in Daniel's death - he would still be implicated unless KE could be proven to have been at the hospital that day).
In other words, maybe the only attorneys KE is friends with don't want her to shut up - but to keep yapping and taking the spotlight and the implications of criminal activity off of Stern.
She should not be called as an expert witness. She should be called as a suspect in, at the least, negligent homicide. And, if so, STern will be testifying AGAINST HER!
That would be fun to watch them turn on each other under oath.
You never know what misinformation is being fed us either.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if she did tell the Prince to do that. Except for smacking that traffic cop, she's always been a decent person.
