This would have been a contract particular to what was anticipated. I write ALL mine on an individual basis and none of them are identical because the work is never identical. There's always a contingency factor to cover the unexpected and I've never had one that didn't hold up.
Car accidents are usually 1/3 of gross settlement. Real Estate is set fee or a percentage.
