Oh well, I misunderstood you then...thought you were talking about them drifting apart after a much longer time in contact...like together from '94 to '06. Sorry, wasn't following you. Point is, whether you or I have it exactly right, it was only a couple of years that they had kept in touch. The differences in what we remember aren't significant, IMO.
I hope not--he needs to hand over that baby--NOW. Such BS about him insisting that the Bahamas was the proper jurisdiction and that was the only reason he was fighting DNA testing. Backed himself into a corner didn't he?

Yes, they are LIARS FOR HIRE. Tells us all we need to know about paternity, too. Maybe LB isn't the father, but we KNOW HKS isn't.

I think it was after the hearing - but then the news broke that HK$ was going to appeal the judge's instructions overnight.
I thought one of the experts said that if Stern did that (refuse or appeal) he would be in contempt of court. Because, he is not appealing a verdict or final decision - but a judge's order to permit evidence collection.

I'm starting to think if it wasn't for O'Quinn, a lot of these issues regarding HKS would not have been brought up. It's good that O'Quinn's so outspoken and determined. I still can't decide, though, if his purpose, in the end, is to get Marshall's money.

O'Quinn probably could. He's a straight talker...I'm sure juries like him...
There are always two sides to the adoption story. My sister's car accident was a suspicious "accident." Long, long story, but there is a better chance than not that she was murdered by this creep. Now, twenty years later he is up for murder, having shot a fellow in the back seven times. They are dragging a pond for another victim and may very well exhume the body of a third victim. Our "daughter" was raised beautifully, a stand-out college level athlete, moderately good grades, no problems. But these recent events have completely devastated her. I just wish the courts would have severed all the ties he had with her, BUT as we know the system, they allowed visitation, etc because she had the right to know her parent........well, she does know him now.......
