I think it was after the hearing - but then the news broke that HK$ was going to appeal the judge's instructions overnight.

I thought one of the experts said that if Stern did that (refuse or appeal) he would be in contempt of court. Because, he is not appealing a verdict or final decision - but a judge's order to permit evidence collection.

Is little Dannielynn alive and well? I cannot understand why she has been left with Howard K. Stern, a liar heavily involved with drugs and the deaths of two persons. This little girl is in danger.
