IIRC in order to notarize, witness or sign a legal instrument (i.e.will) one has to be "Of sound mind". It's very clear that ANS was often not of sound mind - so who witnessed or notarized the real estate deals, contracts, wills, burial instructions etc.,
Answer: the person responsible for keeping her out of her mind.
This is just an abomination - we have to hope that cretin was so sure of himself he overplayed his hand and made some critical errors.

Hi KC, Thanks for that will. I read the whole thing, but forgot to look at the dates. Dates it was drafted. Date it was signed. What were they? Everytime i use adobe acrobat i can read it and then my system freezes when i try to exit acrobat and i've got to log off and back on. Don't wanna go thru that.
If things are as cut and dry as Thompsons attorney says about the deed, then why all the delays? I don't know how much of a mortgage payment that place has, but it seems to me that Goat is stealing that amount from Thompson, every month. And the courts are allowing it.
If the will stands the way it's written, then Dannilynn gets nothing, right? I'm positive that Goat wants that part to stay. Especially if Larry gets custody of DL.

It is very, very potent with very serious side effects and has generally fallen out of favor as a treatment for insomnia.
It's hard core and old time and very toxic when abused.

There's a good discussion on the CourtTV board re: corporate law. According to those more familiar, once Anna died, the corporation assets go into her estate and pass to Dannielynn. Howard, as an officer, would have little say or interest in the proceeds. If there were any stock issued and he owned a share/shares of said stock, he may have an interest in it outside the estate. There may have been no stock issued, don't know. It's probably moot since Hot Smoochie Lips was suspended as a corp. in 2005, according to the corp. searches done both here, I think, and on CourtTV boards.
The Anna, Inc. corporation name Geraldo mentioned seems to be a red herring, as it was a corporation begun in 1949 and suspended, so wasn't anything related to ANS.( also found in same searches.)
Yeah. I hope this isn't another Marilyn Monroe type deal where it remains a mystery for ever (not to us tho). But then again, HGS is no JFK.

The Dannielynn Florida trust fund was a ruse, set up by HKS or the GAL, to justify the money supposedly being paid from ET or whoever for all the exclusive rights to Anna's story, death, funeral, etc.
As far as I know, she ripped up the mortgage and started saying that it was a gift. My thoughts are that he couldn't get the money transferred out of the USA and the Bahama account was frozen at some $113,000+-.
I get a few of these things every year....where the deal goes sour because the "pending" mortgage never became effective and the offer was based on that contigency. Howard is trying to go back in time, but I don't think it will work. If that mortgage was drawn up, it was because that was part of the deal.
It was "Anna's Wishes" to sign it?? Well, she didn't sign it and he can't claim that she "wished" that she had signed it because she had already PUBLICLY claimed it was a gift.
You recall correctly. My mom changed her will at the insistence of my aunt. Mom had Alzheimers and dementia. My aunt was trying to protect my interests (still married to Mr. Wonderful at the time), but the IRS changed some rules between then, and when mom died. Made for a huge clusterf*ck. I didn't challenge the will, nor will I. I'm taken care of. Someone could make something out of mom's mental state should I die, though.
HKS knew darn good and well that ANS could not legally sign anything under the influence of all those drugs she was taking. She probably never realized that that bum purposely created that corporation to skirt the will issue. May he rot in hell...
I honestly don't know. I'm not up on trustee/guardianship issues. If Larry is her dad, would he have to go to court to get the trustee status of Dannielynn changed, or would he simply have to sign a couple of legal documents? If he is the dad, will he automatically become DL's guardian? I know (I think) that he could challenge executorship of Anna's will, but that would be handled during early probate proceedings, right?
Naw...I think the Marshall Case is dead...and thought so before this happened. But, if it is not, I think the right way to go is to have the Marshall Family set up a Trust for Dannie Lynn directly. And, I think that is how it will go.

Yes, we all see how comfortable he was in the courtroom and in front of cameras. I had to laugh when they came out of the courtroom in Miami, and HKS and Virgie attempted to talk when Larry stepped in as if to say to them..."Here, I'll help you out. I don't think anyone heard you."

Since you're so sure you're right, I'd love to hear your explanation of why a REALTOR, trying to make money, not news, would put up a listing with the wrong house number?
