Thread Number Two
I think you are right. You know we were critical when Seidlin would take over and question witnesses, but he actually saved a lot of time by doing so because he went right to the heart of the matter... as evidenced by HKS extreme nervousness during his pointed questioning, and HKS purjured himself bigtime.
I hope both of these folks sue for damages and Virgie does, too.
WARNING - OFF TOPIC
If you still need a chuckle you must read this!

Even funnier are FReepers who don't realize this is satire by the best in the business!
Good thought....
It explains why he let ET go ahead with the horrendous televising of her funeral.....for $$$$$, though.
Nope, Milstein may well be only temporary trustee. I don't know who decides these things- the court?
It'll be interesting to see how Anna's Bahamian residency plays out. If she did begin residency proceedings using the other house she bought, too, well..... Since she died, you'd think that route would be closed.
We all just want to see the daddy issue resolved and investigations into the deaths concluded, with appropriate actions taken or not, as the case may be.
Best wishes for your dear kitty!
Something about that really stinks to high heaven.... and that baby remains hostage through all this...
Good thing Taz or Brigitte wasn't in charge of my first aid cuz i woulda probably bled to death by the time they got done rubbing my feet.
LOL!!!!
If Howard is found guilty of murder, he cannot profit from the death of Anna and from what I've heard, there is no Tiffany store at alcatraz.
I guess I'm laughing. He might have physical goods and he certainly doesn't REALLY want the baby. So what does he have...Nothing...He'll wind up a hermit...In his own little world...
Pretty hard to say "accidental death" because of all the scenarios he obviously "Directed".
I just had a brain fart - FR please correct me if I am wrong.
IF Larry is found to be Dad and he is given DL,
AND if DL is the heir to ANS stuff,
THEN doesn't it mean that Larry will have total say-so in everything ANS until DL becomes an adult?
SO that it why Stern is trying to make a deal?
If that's the case, why does he need the baby, unless he's going to market her, too, right?
Just what I've been looking for in answer to another poster's question re the will. Wish I could remember the poster's correct name. lltense, or something....
Load of crap, and Anna was three sheets to the wind when she signed it. She had to have been, because she wasn't stupid. (which is why Howie had to keep her drugged to the gills)
I think the deal is over "Civil suits". OJ won his murder case...but lost the Civil Suit.
LB got a Communications/Journalism degree from the University of Louisville. It isn't regarded like a degree from Columbia, but U of L has very stringent academic standards and their communications department, at least a few years ago, was excellent.
My daughter has the same degree from U of L, but has two advanced degrees in another field which she chose to pursue. She was so impressed by one professor that she insisted that I come to Louisville and sit in on a lecture.
LB's educational background would make him very competent in exchanges with the media. I've been digging around in alumni material, but haven't found anything yet.
Honestly, as I was watching the trial the first time, I had the sense that I just wanted the grandstanding lawyers (Opri and O'Quinn come to mind first) to step out of the way and let Seidlin just question him. Their cross examinations, actually derailed some pretty interesting lines of questioning that Seidlin was doing.
He need DL to pursue the Marshall estate. IMHO.
"I've seen her worse than that". After objecting to talking about the drugs, Howard has the nerve to say: "Anna was really, really bad".....but she wasn't "impaired"....well, sometimes...
Hey, you KNOW i'm always ready for a good chuckle. Got a good one outta that.
