BIRKHEAD A STEP CLOSER TO BABY?
Following the latest hearing over the custody of young Dannielynn, Larry Birkhead sat down with Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts for an exclusive, revealing interview.
According to reports, the judge in the paternity dispute over Anna Nicole’s baby has made it clear that a DNA test is imminent – possibly as early as this week. While Birkhead could neither confirm nor deny the judge's decision, he was clearly overjoyed immediately following the hearing.
“You had a big smile on your face when you walked out,” Potts said. “I know you can't say much, but how do you feel?”
“I feel really good," Birkhead revealed. "What seems like has taken months and months in California basically is going pretty quick here in the Bahamas. I feel good about that. I think good things are coming pretty soon."
And if it wasn’t the judge’s decision that brought a smile to his face, perhaps it was the fans who greeted Birkhead outside of the courtroom with cheers and applause. “If I said April looks like a really good month for you with all things considered, would that be a fair statement?” Potts asked Birkhead.
“April will be like the greatest month of my life, I’'m hoping. I mean, you never know. You just hope for the best and I’m pleased with what I heard today and I'll stay as long as I have to stay to get done what I need to get done,” Birkhead explained.
When asked by Potts if dinner tonight with his father might be somewhat celebratory, Birkhead couldn't hide his smile. “After court today, with your dad and his wife, will you go tonight and have a very good dinner?” Potts asked.
“A very good dinner,” Birkhead grinned. “We’'ll have some celebrations. I think that things are coming.”
Then, in perhaps the most telling remark of all, Birkhead spoke about the baby nursery he had set up in anticipation of a court victory. “It’'s a good thing that I started my nursery when I did,” he smiled.
Birkhead said he would return to court on Tuesday.
“So Tuesday's your day,” Potts said to Larry.
“Tuesday's the day,” hereplied.
“Will you be able to sleep at all the next couple of nights, or will you sleep soundly now maybe?” Potts asked.
“I think I might get a little more sleep,” Birkhead sighed with a smile. “It’s getting a little bit better as each day as things become more positive and you have more time to deal with grief and things like that, so you know, I hope so.”
Potts confirmed through other sources that DNA experts will be called to testify. “It sounds to me like the judge will then pick a DNA expert and then at some point, probably very quickly, order DNA samples. That would be my educated guess because that is the way it would have to proceed chronologically,” Potts noted. However, it was not clear whether any DNA samples had been collected yet.

Are you finding listings for 3646 with Anna's name on them?
Because I wonder Kris E is actually the owner of 3646 and not 3656.
Positively the red roof house is marked 3656 and I know it is Anna's home from the show because of the style of the home. 3656 is paid up on taxes right? and the 3646 is behind on taxes?
I am not trying to doubt anything you have found. I just think maybe the records have the house numbers wrong.
How strange would it be if Kris E was the one behind on her taxes but is still making all those trips to FL and the Bahamas.

Apparently Stern set up a trust for DL and he is not the trustee. Milstein is. I heard this from Barth on either CTV or MSNBC, and I think another source, but I can't remember where. I honestly don't think there would be any funny business regarding this trust, as Milstein is so highly respected as an attorney in FL. and I think there are also oversights. At the least, it seems believable that this trust was set up as such, since it would be an easily proven fact. ( no, I don't know how to find out)

Just reread your post. Maybe you're talking about the will and Anna's estate, which is separate from DL's new trust? Probate of the will is going to be very interesting! Might be a pretty good chance, or an even chance, for the courts to throw the will out and declare Anna intestate, and if that happens, a new executor would be appointed. At first, I figured the will to be valid as it was properly witnessed and signed and all that. This probate will be a learning curve in the legal world, for sure.

ET - Weekend Edition was just on and they did re-run the "drug memo" segment with KE - so I got to catch that 3rd new drug name I missed in the teaser on Friday.
It was "chloral hydrate," a sedative.
OK - there will be another bombshell memo that Dr Kris wrote for ANS that ET is going to "confront" her about today (Monday). That's all I know at this point - I couldn't read whether this was to Kapoor or not.
Whoever it was didn't fill it, like the other one we've already heard about. And this is still the same session where KE says she's not worried in the least about her medical license.
I posted Friday that the first glimpse of it added Cipro and Robaxin to the pharmaceuticals part of the Case Name List.

That's where he practices. I read a couple of articles about him a while back. Wished I'd jotted down the sources, but think I got them from google. I remember reading that he had been married, divorced and has had a significant other for some time now. Active in various organization, not just gay ones, and does a fair amount of elder law work.
I think I also remember he's been very interested in children and children's rights.
I agree nothing to do with the issue at hand.
I will post healthy recipes if the issue doesn't pucker up.
My 2 cents I think HKS replaced $$$$$ for any other personal desire.
