And if it is the Aug. 25th batch, it should have X in it. So Howard never noticed it in the refrigerator?? She didn't take it in front of me doesn't fly.

Was KE in Seidlin's courtroom? I never noticed but sure would like to see her expressions if she was. She has a habit of holding of eyes shut when challenged or lying. It looks like a long blink.

They don't know what is wrong with the moist/wet can/pouch cat & dog foods yet - put it might be related to them using a new wheat gluten supplier. Many brands are in the recall.

Dry Dog & Cat Food is not part of the recall.

I think we should get away from the gay stuff. The only correlation that comes to mind is that they're Ca folks and "commitment ceremonies" are in. I believe those ceremonies are challenged only on the gay issue and prevent Federal benefits. But many localities recognize the ceremonies and there's medical benefits etc.. Even one of our local towns recognizes it. Of course, it's the most liberal town around and the most corrupt.

They keep adding new brands in. Purina issued a recall today, but I think it is only mighty dog--no cat food, but new stuff keeps popping up. I would check regularly.

Well shoot... who makes Friskies Can Food? (time to go check the label on them to see if Purina makes it) - My cats get a limited amount of can cat food and it is the Friskies Ocean Whitefish Urinary Tract stuff.

But they get several kinds of dry cat food. Ping me if you hear that dry dog & cats foods are involved cause I have dogs also. 5 fur babies in all - 3 cats 2 dogs

Think how ever you look at KE is negligent:
On the one hand, she is MD and should know how the combination of these drugs are lethal, and dosages are inappropriate in any circumstances. Also would have to know she was "abusing" drugs. On the other hand, she is also psychiatrist - a trained mental health specialist - and with her supposedly being with ANS through Danielynn's birth, and Daniel's death (and for that matter up through the day before ANS's death) - KE should know how all these factors could make someone's mental state so delicate. ANS should be receiving mental health help and medication of the kind that was on the fax would NOT be appropriate for someone in this condition. How about malpractice, too?

It is really just chilling (in just the small part of HKS testimony that I've transcribed) how much he tried to direct the proceedings.

I'm amazed at the number of times he said, "well, I think I know where this is going" to try to derail a question. He very rarely EVER answered the specific question he was asked.
