The first weekend after she died we found a link that said HKS had moved her corportion offshore to the Bahamas because Bahamas is the Switzerland of the Caribbean.
Yes, Opri asked him, and he said that it was the company that ran her website. He said he didn't know if he was an officer, but he didn't receive any funds from it.
If, as reported months ago in a blurb, it's true he moved her corporation to the Bahamas, wouldn't the California Corporation show not active?

There's a new law that came about in 2006. It was about Bahama Accounts set up to avoid payment of Federal Taxes. IIRC, it was a company that said it was bankrupt but in fact had moved their assets to the Bahamas. The Bahamas enforced the Law which was a USA/Bahama agreement.

Larry knows what Howard is. Just the fact that Howard is willing to make a deal says "something". A deal shouldn't be necessary. Howard's lawyer smart but I think Larry is street smart.

Wonder if it is Bahamian company, all that money in the Bahamas? Good reason for some Bahamians to want to be helpful to HSK.
