It just sounds like Stern has every break going his way, probably because he has all those officials in the bag, IMO.
He sure doesn't want the other people to be represented by anybody, does he?

I thought I read somewhere that Daniel did have therapy - and was he taking anti-depressants? Who was his psych/shrink? I hope not KE!!!!!!!!! But see how easy that would have been if she were a close neighbor of Annas in California.

Please tell me that she didn't write prescriptions for Daniel, too.
IIRC, they said a doctor at the hotel wrote a prescription for Anna. Could that have been KE??
I think she did, but I don't remember clearly.
You and I are on the same wavelength, I believe the same thing.
It was a little confusing. I took it that the "Hotel Doctor" wrote a prescription but now think it was KE.

She also reportedly often talked about suicide, asking, "Is there any way for me to join DANIEL [her deceased son]?" According to Eroshevich, it was a constant battle for Anna between those urges and her love for her newborn child.
No, I mean I think I remember reading....way back a long time before it was so significant, that KE may have written scripts for Daniel.

Oh God! is right. Daniel never had a chance if she was his shrink.
I heard one report from Roger Friedman today, and he did say something VERY DISCONCERTING. He said that poor Dr. Kapoor has really been maligned in this whole affair.
Now, let me think again, how he might have gotten a copy of that fax.......

Well, Opri did mention in the interview with Rita this afternoon that LB has fired her every other day since the hearing in FL. Apparently, he calms down then re-hires her.
