The Bahama court would have not been the to one actually order the DNA test he would have been honoring the original CA court order to have it done. (This can be done under Bahamian law)

They are still trying to get it done this way that is to have the judge honor the the CA court order.

It would not be a direct order coming from the Bahamian judge - it it a honor issue and the Bahamian's work on honor (yes I know it sounds silly)... they covered this the other day and they said that it could be done this way under Bahamian law - even the darn Bahamian lawyers said it could be done this way.

Also this was stated... if Stern is asked to provide the baby for DNA tests by the Bahamian judge and he refuses to do so...

The point is the the lawyers have to push this (DNA TEST), they have to argue that a DNA test is indispensable to the resolution to the case on the merits. Once they press that and push him up in the corner and if he doesn't take the test then he loses the case because the DNA test would be indispensable. So it depends on the arguments of the lawyers more than upon the judge ordering that someone take a test because a person cannot be forced to do anything.


Then the CTV reporter says.... ok then if he does not take the test then the presumption is that he is not the father.

Will you be able to watch CTV tomorrow because they will probably be back on tomorrow covering this again and explaining it. The biggest problem is the way their laws are and what they expect from someone in court. It was explained that if this was two Bahamian men battling over a Bahamian child that the judge would direct the men to take the DNA test and if one of them refused to do so then the refuser would automatically loose the case by default.

The other man would not be required to take the test because he the other man refused to. The child would go to the man who was willing to take the test and not to the man who refused. - That is how the system works over there.

Stern's presumed father status is now in question because Birkhead has brought forth his suit and has claimed to be the baby's father in the suit. (this is what has given "rise" (arise) to the presumption of Stern being the father)

I think Daniel worried about his mother most of his short life. You're right, a child should not have to worry about his/her parent, and it's also a good reason to believe he was anti-drugs as his friends have said. Many times you see something take over someone you love and you are loathe to go down the same path.

From what Perper said on NG tonight, I think he is basing the time of death on the 105 temp. Perper seems to believe HKS totally. Something is wrong big time, plus if Anna had an IV going, then there was a huge cover-up and its still going on.

Good post, and I agree with just about all of it, except I trust Perper and I'm not yet in with the premeditated murder crowd. Perper said himself his autopsy report will be fully reviewed.
I only mentioned conspiracy theories 'cause there were quite a few posts(wasn't singling out anyone) speculating on involving lots of other actors in helping Howard cover up a crime of murder, and I can't go that far at this stage. I don't think Stern was/is quite that capable of directing and controlling everyone around him, that's all.
This thing seems to be taking so long, I realize those of us interested have to keep finding stuff to speculate on. I like to keep things sorta cut and dried, stick to the facts as much as possible, and if that entails waiting, so be it. I still think there may be surprises ahead. Maybe I see myself as trying to play the role of an impartial juror. I do have my opinions, and most fit in well with yours, but I'm not going to convict anyone until I hear all the evidence. I WILL say I think OJ Simpson is less than human, if that tells you anything ;-)

Yes it is correct that it cannot be "ordered" by the Bahamian judge. It is explained as "direct" and that means advise or ask then to do it. But in my post above this one it shows how crazy their laws are.

Another thing is why the hell is this even being allowed to be settled in a Bahamian court. The baby is not of Bahamian blood, she not even a Bahamian citizen, her mother was not a Bahamian or a Bahamian citizen, her presumed father is not a Bahamian or a Bahamian citizen.

It is freaking nuts that it has gone this far.

I guess I'll search the 1st thread for the interview where she says that Anna had a high fever BEFORE going to Florida...sigh..

It would make sense that she had an IV. Flu like symptoms could have caused dehydration. And a convienient way to supply drugs..

I know this is trivial. This is not based on any kind of fact at all. I have been on a surfin safari and I came across this weird website. The hair on the back of my neck is all freakin out. It is just someones prediction regarding Anna's death. It was written a month ago. It could be nothing at all of course, but the odd thing it the line about the "deadly injection being administered by her nurse". This is not my idea, just another's.

Look to Prince Frederick von Anhalt to reveal that G. Ben Thompson is the Father of DannieLynn Hope.
Anna had confided in her close friends Zsa Zsa Gabor and Prince Frederick von Anhalt that
G. Ben Thompson is the baby's father.
Prince Frederick von Anhalt will state that he never had an affair with Anna Nicole Smith.
Anna had threatened to expose G. Ben Thompson as the Father in a blackmail ploy to retain the Bahamian mansion.
Anna felt entitled to the property since the Baby was Thompson's.
The Ministry of the Bahamas was under close public scrutiny and being challenged for pulling stings to allow
Anna Nicole's permanent residency on the Island. It was they who compelled G. Ben Thompson to recover the property.
