This has been covered on CTV...

The Bahama court would have not been the to one actually order the DNA test he would have been honoring the original CA court order to have it done. (This can be done under Bahamian law)

They are still trying to get it done this way that is to have the judge honor the the CA court order.

Court TV is the one who said they couldn't order it; if they can't order it, how in the world can they force him to honor a CA court?
