Sir, you said ANS had not taken methadone for five months. The presence of the substance (methadone) in the refrigerator of the house in which she resided makes that statement A LIE.
A recovering chocoholic does not have a case of Hershey bars and a recovering methadone user does not have a large quantity of it in her refrigerator!
Thanks for the transcript, TexKat. Something is very wrong with Dr Perper's info. We researched that throughly the other day. I think it was on Sunday.
This is terrible. Bonnie Stern is the only one who was saying the temp was 105 on the day she died. Really BAD!!!
I think Anna just had a port. So, in case she needed an IV because of dehydration or meds, the IV line was open. If she was dead already when Tas was attempting to give her fluids, the "water" wouldn't "go in"....no circulation!

I believe Anna was on automatic shipment for her prescription drugs. As far as I know she had not taken any in at least 5 months

Why is NG even wasting time with Dr. Simon Say Perper? He has already said many times he cannot discuss the details of her death untill the appointed time.

Sounds like posters here are hoping Larry B and Gramma get together amicably to care for the baby.

I think she finally figured it out as Howard "DIRECTED" her as to what she was going to say at the inquest. She was indeed a prisoner in Florida and he had all the cards.
And, isn't there a pic of Anna with Moe or Gibson with an IV port in her hand? I bet she got IV therapy, often!

Somebody is lying, that's for sure. Moe said the 105 temp was earlier in the week. Definitely not on Thursday, the day she died. Perper is screw up or the Sterns have lied to him or someone else is lying. I think she was dead longer than Perper thinks. Probably dead all morning.
A plant, huh. Well, then there should be no prints of either Howard or Anna on the bottle. That's an easy one.
But do they (LE) have the bottle of Methadone or was it left in the house for Stern or one of his gophers to dispose of?

THAT IS HUGE! (I saw where you explained 'water') And you are right . . . no circulation so it won't go.
I pictured the idiots trying to pour water in her mouth. A port 'just in case' is indicative of a huge problem here. It hasn't been mentioned at all by any of the media sleuths.

I agree. I haven't talked to the Florida or Bahamian police or Dr. Perper, so I don't have a lot of hard facts. I do have common sense. I know how things look. I deplore the lifestyle Anna and crew seemed to lead.
Remember John Belushi? I remember when his girlfriend, Kathy Smith, was charged with involuntary manslaugher for injecting him with drugs, tried and convicted. I recall feeling ambivalent about that at the time. I felt sorry for her and don't remember if she was the first person to ever be charged in that kind of situation. Anyone remember? She certainly didn't want him to die, but was the enabler. I'm still not sure how such things should be prosecuted, though I certainly believe there need to be consequences. Both Anna AND Howard should have been in rehab/self-help programs, but you can't force anyone to do that on their own.
I'm concerned about the PI Danny visited and want to know more about that, I'm concerned about the doctors, and I've never said Stern didn't do anything wrong. If he didn't intentionally murder Danny and/or Anna, he's already lost a great deal. As I said way earlier on the thread, I lean toward Larry B. as does everyone here. He's probably not a saint, but who is? I think there was more to his and Anna's breakup than we are privy to, he did break a contract with her, and he didn't go to the hospital authorities to tell them about the drug/s Howard brought into her hospital room. I would have. For some reason, she lost trust in him, and chose to not continue the relationship. Was Howard jealous of Larry? Probably. Did he interfere? Probably. Did Anna make her own decision about Larry? Probably.

We all know the Brigitte said her temperature had gone down. So did Howard tell Perper and Bonnie the same story and Brigitte upset that? Is Perper putting that out as a teaser to Howard??
I don't think you can do that with narcotics. You have to have a new prescription and sign for the stuff.
