I think Barth is the elected spokesmouth for Camp Stern right now. Obviously Rale isn't doing such a good job. And they need someone out there spinning their talking points. Otherwise, CourtTV and others will only be getting info from the other side.
Pro Pinder is actually a player in an ongoing case right now. I think he a wonderful guest on these news shows and provides credible information.
As far as Barf, she is not part of anything going on and the arguments she is making on behalf of HK$ are completely asinine.
Is that the best they've got? Surely they've got private investigators all over trying to dig up dirt on Birkhead. Nothing yet?
Opri is actually the attorney for someone involved in the ongoing cases. Barf is a has been. Perhaps her agent is whoring her out to the chat shows because she "might" just say something scandalous! wow

I just mean, well, what I said. I haven't taken any particular sides yet. I'm in the minority? I haven't convicted Stern of anything, yet. I will say I'm close to convicting a doctor or 2 in the case. Do I think anybody involved is squeaky clean? No!
Exactly....besides the fag couple and Rale, who else is there? Trimspew guy has gone underground. Big bad Moe is hiding....that leaves the Barf one. Who, when considered, knows nothing except what Goat told her. She's perfect.
That's ok. Be objective, but don't throw out your common sense in doing so. And sometimes you seem to bend over backwards to make your devils advocate position fly.
So far, an argument over sunglasses and that he called Daniel "that kid" in an email. That's all.

Yes, and then of course when asked the tough questions, it's "well i'm really not involved in that aspect" or "i can't talk about that because it's still ongoing". She's not out there to answer questions, just to put out the Stern talking points.

Still need to find out exactly what drugs she took while pregnant. In reading up on methadone, it IS used to treat pregnant moms addicted to heroin. It seems to be safe to the unborn child if used strictly according to doctor's orders. Same for certain other meds, though of course these days pregnant women are advised to take nothing without doctors' consent.
Anna may have had to take some methadone to prevent opiate withdrawal, she may have had to use anti-seizure medication, injectable B12, whatever. If she DID take "handfuls" of stuff like Vicodin, Xanax and the like, and Howard facilitated that, yes, that's horrible. If she did it on her own, that doesn't necessarily damn Howard. I've taken things that her assistant, Nate Collins, and some others with a grain of salt. I don't know that what they've said is fact, yet, just as I don't know what drug/drugs Stern may have brought to Anna in the duffel bag were. I don't know if Stern talked to one or more of her doctors before he brought in whatever drugs. I know it sounds unlikely he did, but I don't know it for a fact, yet. One thing it appears we do know is that Howard did Anna's bidding.
Dalmane, Demerol, and methadone for a woman who is 8 months pregnant? And the doctors yell about having a beer of a glass of wine, or smoking a couple of cigarettes a day. Go figure...
I don't know how this is going to go....accidental death, suicide(nimo), or murder. Perper might just have more on the ball than he's letting on. I sure hope so.

I saw one comment by an anonymous poster a while back (maybe on TMZ) that insinuated that he had a boyfriend that was a reporter at a Kentucky tv station. Believe me, I'm sure they've checked that all out and have come up empty handed.
