Well it makes me sick. And IMO Perper is, in effect, defending his own process and his gullibility. I am thinking that this is a man who can't admit to having been snowed, nor admit to a mistake- no second thoughts for him. My bf told me that his family prepared it by sticking it into a plastic bag and marinating it in red wine with garlic and rosemary. By chance, I was watching Emeril Live last night, and he basically did it the same way. Of course, Emeril had to gild the lily, lol!

No, I was too darn beautiful and more intelligent than the boys. Didn’t have to do anything....just sit around and be adorable. If anyone had a calculus or Latin question - they just asked for my opinion.
It has been a difficult life ... beauty - brains - so I tried something else - comedy. Everything just works for me. It has been hard to find something I cannot do exceptionally well...equestrian, tennis, figure skating..

And if the comparison can be made, then Howard’s claims should be toast. On top of that, I am looking at Howard as an interloper without standing and am hoping the Bahamian judges are not hypnotized by the HKS smoke and mirrors train.

Atlanta lawyer L. Lin Wood confirmed Thursday he is in talks to possibly represent Howard K. Stern, an attorney who claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s newborn girl.
Wood, a partner with Atlanta-based Powell Goldstein LLP, has represented Richard Jewell and JonBenét Ramsey’s parents in high-profile cases. He said the talks with Stern are about representing Stern individually and as the executor Anna Nicole Smith’s estate. Smith died of an apparent drug overdose in the Bahamas in February.
Stern claims to be the father of Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern. Celebrity photographer Larry Birkhead, Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt, actor and a former Smith bodyguard Alexander Denk and former Smith boyfriend Mark Hatten all also claim to be the girl’s father.
Wood will not comment about his discussions with Stern, but plans to make a statement early next week.
Wood has 28 years of experience as a trial lawyer focusing on civil litigation, representing individuals and corporations as plaintiffs and defendants in tort and business cases involving claims of significant damage. He also has extensive experience in First Amendment litigation and management of the media in high-profile cases.
He was the lead civil attorney for Richard Jewell related to reporting about Jewell in connection with the 1996 bombing of Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta; the attorney for John and Patsy Ramsey and their son in matters relating to the 1996 murder of JonBenét Ramsey in Boulder, Colo.; the attorney for former U. S. Congressman Gary Condit over the May 2001 abduction and murder of Chandra Levy in Washington; co-counsel in the civil action in Colorado against NBA star Kobe Bryant; lead counsel for MedQuest Associates Inc. and J.P. I can’t imagine Wood and Stern are serious, they are/will just be threatening in order to shut people up.
So Stern thinks he can be in the presence of two young heirs to a fortune who die within months of each other, he holds on to the other heir who belongs to another man while squatting in a house that does not belong to him, staying in a foreign country that he bribed officials for citizenship for Anna, he has lawsuits and debts ongoing, he has no employment, and all this after he had suddenly, out of the blue, (after Daniels death), announced that he and Anna were in love and committed???????????
And now he demands no one accuse him?

California board confirms Anna Nicole Smith doctor investigation

LOS ANGELES - The Medical Board of California acknowledged Thursday that it is investigating a Los Angeles doctor who, according to documents, authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Anna Nicole Smith’s hotel room the day the starlet died of a drug overdose.
Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, a Los Angeles psychiatrist and friend of the Playboy Playmate’s, is under investigation, board spokeswoman Candis Cohen said.
Cohen declined to provide other details.
On Wednesday, Cohen would not comment on a possible investigation, saying such information was not public record.
Repeated calls to Eroshevich Wednesday and Thursday were not returned.
According to documents from the medical examiner’s office in Florida, Eroshevich authorized all the prescription medications in the Florida hotel room where Smith was found unresponsive shortly before her death on Feb. 8.
Eroshevich had traveled with Smith to Florida.
More than 600 pills, including 450 muscle relaxants, were missing from prescriptions that were no more than five weeks old, according to the documents which were obtained by The Associated Press through a public records request.
