Thread Number Two
Is he just appealing to this judge, or is it an appeal that can go higher...do you know?
I understood his attorneys had asked to do so even though it was unprecedented in the Bahamas.
Oh brother...well, let's hope it's handle quickly and off we go!
All I heard was the Supreme Court mentioned....HKS is some piece of work, isn't he?
He has everything to hide, doesn't he...
Did you just hear Jami Floyd say, "Okay, we've got to take a break now, and we'll be right back to the inquiry of Daniel Stern's death."
They broke for a commercial. I thought...she'll realize her mistake and say, "Of course we know it's Daniel Smith, not Daniel Stern."
Back from the break.....she said, "We're back discussing the inquiry to Daniel Stern's death."
ARGH!
My husband just brought my lunch to me! He had called me that it was ready, and I was too busy here that I didn't hear him! Now I will try to eat and "work" at the same time! LOL
The way things work down there, it sounds to me like these 'issues' HKS has with the jury must absolutely be an INSULT to these fine people!! The more he carries on, the more disdain their will be for him, everywhere!!
I got my Pol's and Pro's mixed up!
me too: fish sticks and tater tots
LMAO...next time, I'll trade ya!
Oral arguments to heard on Monday morning regarding Stern's contesting of the release of the DNA results on the 3rd.
LOL...well, fish sticks could be considered by some, 'fillet' of fish, are ya sure? hahaha
I've concluded that the boat named "Cracker" refers to Howard not Danny. It was likely a little secret between Howard and Anna.
It is a VERY BRITISH term and it looks like both Dickens and Shakespeare used it.
Dickens says using the word "Crack" One of our CRACK speakers in the Commons.
Shakespear says using the word "Cracker" says:
What Cracker is this same that deafs our ears?
Crack: Of superior excellence; having qualities to be boasted of.
Cracker: A noisy boaster; a swaggering fellow.
Yes, very British and we're talking about English Law...Howard was probably doing research and/or pulling in information via computer...and he told Anna that word and "boasting" about his recent Supreme Court win AND how they could circumvent the coming judgements and cases by going to the Bahamas.
So, the Cracker was supposed to leave with the Cracker aboard...The boastful, swaggering Howard K. Stern.
