I saw a lead in to this story on John Gibson's show but I was unable to watch it? What is the story?

I got the age wrong. He had said around age 22, but not age 26. He said one angle is that Levy fit the age of someone who could have been involved, or might have known some of the people who were involved. Ruh Roh.

I don't know the guy's name that was on John Gibson's show, but I recognized him. He's a young attractive black guy that used to be a detective (I think), real sharp cookie, and he used to appear on those Fox cops and lawyers panels discussing "the crime of the week" when Levy was the one they were talking about. He seemed to think that if they found the links with the names this madam has to the names that came up in the Levy investigation, they might solve her murder yet.

The only name that came up in the Levy investigation was Gary Condit.
