Well... ok. I'm not getting paid to FReep. I'm getting paid for doing OTHER work, but I can FReep while I'm doing it...
Too bad that is going to come to a crashing end here in a couple months.
I hope it's worth it...

I dunno, DC...I would seem to me that if you're getting paid for sitting at your computer "working," you could ostensibly be paid for FReeping.
At least, in my estimation.

Eh... it carries a connotation of being paid to say what I say. That's why I posted the clarification.
This is me. Unadulterated and as honest as I can be. I may not always be right, but you get what you see.
Now if I can just figure out that whole "2 for $5" things, I can start cloning myself...

Yepper. "What you sees is what you get." I write (post) pretty much the same way I talk. The only thing missing, of course, is the inflection, and if it's important, I can underline or bold it.
But I'm far too old and set im my ways to be anything other than who and what I am.
Which is why I fit in so well here...I don't have to "pretend."

Yep. For some reason, I had a heck of a time getting up in the morning. Now, I feel like all my energy just kinda drained out over the last hour or so...

I think I've seen that come through my Inbox before; perhaps more than once.
Allow me this occasion to refer to to an earlier post of mine:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1806173/posts?page=5#5
My post consists mainly of notes I took while watching an on-line video of a presentation given at The Heritage Foundation early this March. My notes, such as they are, give a rough "Executive Summary" of the content of the presentation.
If your bandwidth will allow it, do avail yourself of the video stream accessible through a link in my post.
If not, I also provide another link that goes to a webpage that has links to the audio stream and an MP3 of the audio.
Entitled "Regurgitating the Apple: How Liberals 'Think'", Evan Sayet's presentation is one of the most insightful analyses I know of on the workings of the Liberal mind.

Somehow when the bride is 36 and the groom is 54 the phrase young love doesn't seem to fit. :)

the bride is 36 and the groom is 54I had no idea you were so young!
My father's cousin got married, for the first time, about five years ago at 55, to a man who was 65. Dad gave her away; it was very sweet.
