The "big paper" is my dissertation. I've been working on it for what seems like forever now. Hopefully in the near future I'll be able to report that I'm not working on the "big paper" anymore. LOL!
Gotta quit thinking I have to do everything myself and eat better.
I think that's common with quite a few people. I know I need to eat better - but it can be difficult to give some things up.

Dark chocolate contains antioxidants. I'm still waiting to see of milk chocolate has any healthful properties.
And I'm not so sure about rib eyes...

I prefer the liquid gold nectar of a finely crafted ale, meself. That or a fine wine; perhaps a blush chablis or a chardonnay. When I drink at all, that is, which is infrequent.
