You can't take things out of the house?? Damn...If I violate my lease (not pay), they not only take the stuff out, you are responsible for paying for the removal, the court costs of recovery of lost rent and the storage costs for your items.

I believe Howard and Anna had already been told to leave. The fact that the items wound up in storage (police custody) makes it even more "legal" on their part. It wasn't an anonymous robbery. There was no breaking and entry. It was HIS house. It was his key.

Not in my state. They have to go through court procedure.

They can't just enter your property on a whim and take everything you own and give it to FOX television.
