Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I noticed before but keep forgetting to mention the fact that Perper said he found no pills in Anna's stomach...I thought she was on large amounts of flu meds, per Moe... So she wasn't...hmmm.

When looking at the pictures of the yellow cup(s), I noticed that the hospital meal was on the table, a pink-colored domed top and cup. It's very unusual that those items would have been left over from the evening meal, they're usually picked up from all rooms. Wouldn't be surprised if HKS requested a "Do Not Disturb". Or, were they from breakfast?

[4:18pm] People.com is reporting that Anna's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, was not with her at the time. Sources tell the magazine that she is being cared for in the Bahamas by the mother of Shane Gibson, a high-ranking Bahamian official who is a close friend of Smith's.We shall see. But i'd put more credence in it if it came from the National Enquirer.

No pills in her stomach, just means that they would have already disolved. It doesn't mean that she didn't take any. It also means that she didn't kill herself by taking large amounts of polls.

Ok, just heard replay of NG about Moe's words about "a baby bottle on top of Anna Nicole" - definitely said "baby bottle" not a bottle of baby oil. This is from Tony Potts from Access Hollywood who is saying he has sources near all these people....saying Stern's house of cards is crumbling.....but Rales called Tony Potts: Tony Potshots. (Standard Stern team reponse again - attack the messenger - do not refute the facts).
We need all these people under oath in a court of law.
