Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
That's thinly vieled. I guess it had to have been sometime before HKS left Anna and the time HKS came back to the room.
So? That sounds about right.
Define short time. 1 hour?? 2 hours?? What's the "error". We could have told him that.
But she wasn't "found dead," allegedly. She "allegedly" died at the hospital.
I think the date was Feb 3rd.
Here is one basic question. That clown video was highly embarassing to ANS and her memory. Why did Shelly give it to Fox. He could have given it to Birkheads attorney to give to the Judge. The judge wasn't following evidence rules. He could have given it to someone for safekeeping.
How can you possibly think what he did was legal?

If that was Pinder, he misspoke and has done so before, too. The immediate money that ANS claimed to have been waiting on was Trimspa appearance fees and/or royalties, not Marshall anything.
That was the Saturday right before they left for Florida.
It was a single digit. She died on a double digit date.

That doesn't preclude tho the possibility that Howie gave her a lethal dose of something and it took some time for her to die. He couldn't have planned it better.
They *did* go in with LE.
