In previous accounts, the woman said the gang-rape ended shortly before she left in the car driven by Kim Roberts, the second dancer. Roberts called 911 as she was driving away at 12:53 a.m., according to police records. This new account leaves 50 minutes unaccounted between the end of the rape and the departure from the party.
The new statement runs contrary to time stamped photos of the party, which show the two women dancing between 12:00 and 12:04 a.m. in the living room of the house at 610 N. Buchanan Blvd.
* In the latest statement, the woman says she arrived at the party at 11:20 p.m. on March 13 and that the rape began at 11:40 p.m. Her cell phone records show that she was on phone with her father and others up to one minute before the rape allegedly started."

At last on Feb. 5 the public will see the accuser...perpetrator...of this hoax, and I want to see her face plastered on the front page of every newspaper and magazine in the nation just as Reid, Colin, and Dave have had to experience...the word "LIAR" prominently displayed.

Any statement made under penalty of perjury can subject a person to prosecution. Victim-witness statements made to police are usually made under penalty of perjury. The reason for this is because those statements are used as the basis to bring criminal charges against a person through the arrest and charging process, which deprives the person of his liberty. It is a serious matter.
That being said, as bad as NC criminal procedures are, it's possible that no oath is required in signing victim-witness statements, although that is difficult for me to believe, even for NC.
A "WANTED" poster of Mangum, with her name and address on it, demanding her to come forward and tell the truth should be printed up and distributed throughout the city and the internet.
I believe they were using their cell phones and they are connected to GPS and "Perfect Time". The system you are speaking of is archaic.
Got a reference on that. I thought those pictures came from a camera that'd been identified in the search warrant.
Something ELSE is breaking right now about this case.......something I just heard the tailend of on Fox........something about Nifong saying he only had 3 years to retire!
