"A 12-year-old special education student in Montour County was charged with disorderly conduct after authorities said she deliberately wet her pants at school."
Hmmmm and these same folks no doubt are against capital punishment. Arresting someone for THIS amkes more sense to them. I'll never understand liberals.

Bit of an incorrect headline. The story indicates that she deliberately wet her pants.

The story doesn't indicate it, the principal assumes it.

Well if you want to split hairs. The story does indicate that authorities charge that the little girl deliberately wet her pants.

Pardon the pun, but when they mainstream a special-needs student, what do they expect?
