Federal laws say you cannot discriminate against home buyers based on race, religion, sex, and this is certainly discrimination.
Gay ghettos would not be a good idea for gays not to mention the fact that it's probably illegal to exclude anyone based on sexual orientation (straight) unless laws are rewritten.

I remember years ago when writing ads for rentals I wasn't even allowed to write "within walking distance of synagogue" or "suitable for couple" because those terms were considered discriminatory.
It was in my opinion, discriminatory NOT to let a Jewish family know they could walk to temple from a particular house.

The whole idea of gay grandparents removes the argument from being one of biological origin to philosophical nonsense.

There are "senior condos" where the resident must be over a certain age with no kids, so why not gay condos?
You can check a person's age quite easily, though. What test will they use to assure the prospective buyer fits the criterion of "homosexual"?
