If it was a young Helen Thomas, it would have been a cave painting

You truly are an idiot...I'm talking CURRENTLY.

What is the difference between someone who poses nude for a painting now, and someone who posed nude for a painting back then? What is your cutoff? The Renaissance is ok, but the 19th century isn't? Early 20th century? At what point did posing nude turn from art to porn for you?

OH MY GOD...WE MUSN'T BE NAKED!!!!

The body is shameful, right?

Geez, lady, lighten up. The physical form is a beautiful thing, and appreciating it in the form of art is not sexual nor is it immodest.

what about their children and their children's FRIENDS,and others and then their grandchildren seeing them nude?

I teach my children that their bodies are nothing to be ashamed of, and I have several paintings in my house that have nudes in them, both male and female.

AND my children have all seen me naked, whether it was changing my clothes or getting out of the shower. I do not run and hide from them if they happen to wander into my room.

Why is it that children are taught to be embarrassed about their bodies?

And no, I am not speaking about being a whore or walking around dressed like Paris Hilton. I am trying to express to you that the human body is beautiful, and children should be taught that from an early age.

She has a VERY dirty mind.

I find that to be so with many people who see sex everywhere and find it offensive.

You wrote, "I believe in modesty...period."

If you believe in something, you should know what it is. Modesty has little to do with amount of bare skin shown. The most shameless, immodest acts can be performed fully clothed.

Depicting the human form, male and female, is an artistic tradition going back thousands of years and encompassing nearly all cultures--Islamic cultures are a historic anomaly in this regard. Are you honestly saying that all of these models, over millennia, were and are behaving immodestly? Is that truly your argument?
