Well, we didn't see any aurora, but we saw a BUNCH of Geminids! Matthew and I took blankets out in the back yard, wrapped up in them and sat in lawn chairs and watched. I bet we saw a dozen in 10-15 minutes. It was fantastic!

That's so much fun! We'd done that in the past, and there were some Decembers that were mild, and we could stay out for a long time, and see a bunch, but some were just too cold to be out there for too long.

It was way too cloudy here last night to see anything. Today was clear and mild, though, so I'm hoping we'll be able to see some tonight. Last night was supposed to be the peak, but it will continue for a few more nights.
