Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing:
O! Water Hot is anoble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain.
and the brook that leaps from hill to plain;
but better than rain or rippling streams
is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need
down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed;
but better is Beer, if drink we lack,
and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high
in a fountain white beneath the sky;
but never did fountain sound so sweet
as splashing Hot Water with my feet!
Oops, posting info like that under your spouse's screen-name is not a good thing!!
I did fall yesterday on the way back from the barn... No one saw it.
No, no they're not. I have found that golf shoes work great for ice; bought a cheap pair at K-Mart 'cause I don't play golf. Those slip-on cleats thingys are okay, but they really collect the snow underneath them, if'n we had any snow over the ice....
Well, it's early, but I hadn't thought osage was the type to wear open toed pumps. :~)
It's a good argument for not owning fancy dress shoes, I'd say.
Did you make a noise?
I think I said some bad words. But no one was there to hear it 'cept the horses :~)
and Al Gore hadn't even invented the internet!!
Dang hormones!! We could have had the internet years earlier except he was ~ahem~ otherwise occupied.
What would our world *be*, I ask you, without dear old Al??
Love means never having to say you're sorry.
Exthelthior!!!
"Everyone is super stoked on me, even if they don't know it."
I hate fancy shoes. I've never owned a pair that was remotely comfortable. With flat feet and a tendency to trip over small strands of carpet fiber, I avoid heels like the plague.
Honestly I think Talon may own more shoes than I do.
LOL... cracks me up every time.
***wishes he knew what you were talking about***
I have the exact opposite problem, very narrow feet and an extremely high arch. I splurged and had Dan gift me with a pair of custom orthotics for Christmas and it was the best present!! The ads say they will help people with flat feet, you might want to check into them; shoes should never be uncomfortable, that's just a waste of money.
