At 11:30pm, the power flickered three times. It seems to be stable now, but ...
The temperature has been hovering around 34 degrees for the last few hours. It went down to 33º briefly around 10pm, with winds solidly from the south at around 10mph.
Now, however, at midnight, the temp has gone back up to 34º, but the wind is cycling wildly from the SSW to the NNE, and gusting up to 21mph.
NWS is now saying that we will see freezing precipitation here in Austin between midnight and 4am. I'm going to wash clothes, wash dishes, and shut down the 'puters before that.
I'll post a little later, and then in the morning, assuming we have power then ...!

Watching the radar ... suddenly rainfall rates of 1-2inches per hour are cropping up west of Austin, where it's colder.
It's 32.6º now ...
That's close enough to freezing!
