Consumer culture and indeed popular culture revolve in large part around shared admiration, shared likes: Fandom, in a word, is a thing that can bring us together.
But what about shared dislikes? Can a community form around that? What is the opposite of a fan club? The answer is the Rachael Ray Sucks Community.

Cat Cora's 'got it!' Haha! Too bad she isn't interested in letting guys enjoy 'it!' ;-)
I like her a lot - a great chef! I love it how in the opening credits of Iron Chef America she is featured trotting around a corner in Kitchen Stadium holding a pan, she extends her arm and confidently twirls the pan in her hand! Badass!
She is underused on Iron Chef, though. A shame.
A shame. RR does strike me as a nice enough person. Hope this all works out for her.
Giada is very pretty, but I find her too skinny to be a trustworthy cook.
To each their own, though! :)
I'm sure! Alton Brown rules it!
I had an idea a while back that The Food Network would invade the World Wrestling Federation, and that Alton Brown would be the brains/manager of the invading Food Network forces!
Would have been great TV!
I have the same bias, actually. I tend to not be trustworthy of a chef who isn't at least paunchy or a bit chubby.
I tend to let that slide for women chefs, though. You can trust in Giada's cooking though - it's fantastic!
Sandra Lee is great, too. Like I said, the whole FN lineup is good and at best, several are great!
Fancy finding you here....lol.
I like Rachael Ray.
LOL! My ex-BIL had a sign in his donut shop "Never trust a skinny baker."
You got that right! Kinda like "Mythbusters" on the food channel. You can actually learn something!
AB RULES!!!!
He did a road trip across the south, stopping at all kinda of diners, cafe's, etc. that was cool, until he stacked his bike and dislocated his shoulder!
Oh WHY did you you have to go and tell us THAT??????
I'm emailing Paula PRONTO!!
YES!!!!! I have said that also! Plus, her voice makes my head want to explode.
One of the best shows on TV.
Yeah, I know. But Ray is in way over her head. Bad call by Oprah. And after all that success with her 'Dr Phil' project
====
Now THAT is someone I have a hard time lovin - Dr. Phil.
Disappointing, isn't it???
I heard that too, but I never learned what kind of trouble. Any info on that?
Breaks my pea-pickin' little heart... :(
Well, according to the tabloids... her husband was sneeking around with another woman, but, you didn't hear it from me.
Paula Dean will KILL you. My cholesterol level goes up just watching her for 5 minutes.
