I'm sure his broadcasts will be fake but accurate.

What is it with these media types? Why can't they just grow old and retire? What's Mike Wallace? -- 90 years old or something?

His upcoming, hour long program is about how fighting in the war is destroying soldiers physically and emotionally. Does that sound familiar?

Pathetic. And he still denies the 60 Minutes II report that was his downfall was based on faked documents.

The terminal megalomania that these liberal trash suffer from is quite obvious. The Clintons suffer from the same thing, laced with narcissim.

High definition TV? Doesn't that mean it will be easier than ever to tell what font Rather is misusing? Maybe he should have gone to low def TV.

Isn't Dan Rather dead?
Or was it Peter Jennings?
Either way, I won't be wasting my time listening to his dribble.

. . . Mark Cuban's high-definition channel HDNet Appropriate that a Friend Of Fidel would return on Cuban television.

To: WestVirginiaRebel
HDNet is so broke that they're forced to use old typewriters for correspondence.

Only something like 5% of American households have an HD TV.Of that 5%,I'd guess that no more than half have access to HDNet (my cable system doesn't carry it,for example).
Soooo...I'd say that Blather will finally get the ratings that he deserves.

But that's behind him now. So are his final, stormy years at CBS News, when he (and others) suffered the aftershocks of his discredited "60 Minutes Wednesday" report on President George W. Bush's military service that aired in 2004. The resulting scandal led to his departure from the "Evening News" anchor chair and, 15 months later, his exit from the network. Some of the hits he took were deserved, he says, while the rest - well, that story ignited a firestorm that almost ruined Rather's reputation.
"Almost" ruined his reputation? I mean, what more do you have to do?
Do you have to get blowjobs from fat 21 year old interns while in the Oval office?
Hmmm, nope that won't do it.
