Boy, you sound like me. I went to the Republican Meet site after reading your post, but got put off by all the personal questions first. Just let me browse! E-Harmony couldn't help me either. I might join the other site you mentioned, as I am one of those older ladies you mentioned. I saw a few posts from men, but you had to join to see any real detail. I'm not in the mood tonight. But thanks for the heads up re the sites; at least I have some new places to look.

The other site, conservativematch.com, seems to have a younger orientation, but there is a range of ages there. The problem for all of these sites is that they don't have that many members. As a result, finding someone who is reasonably close geographically is difficult. Of course, as we look and don't see anyone who is close geographically, we don't join, and not joining keeps the membership low.

because I paid for the site (republican) with check I have limited access to bells & whistles for one week til check clears. I was able to see enough w/o joining to decide to join that one. Maybe I just wasn't doing the type of investigation that you & bill were first.

He is an engineer & you an attorney.. so I guess you are both more detail & fact oriented over good old ADDH, fly by seat of pants dolly
