It's raining here in the Raleigh/Durham area of NC.
Also rather chilly. My mother voted at 9:45 she said she was the 500th to do so. I haven't been yet, will do so when I take lunch to my husband who is the chief judge at our precinct.

It is cloudy here in Philadelphia right now. Last forecast I saw called for rain beginning between 3 and 5 pm and continuing through the evening. But who knows? I'm hoping for a deluge.
