Bahhh, one can smell the acrid odor of leftism and ozone a mile away.
First, they are framing Kerry's message in a purely political way, not in actual anger over the content of his message. Then, they are posting in a manner that they believe to be the style of "ignorant" conservatives. Last, but not least, they chose a name that they thought would fly under the radar, one that references the south in a positive way. They went too far in trying to appear the typical conservative; southern.
A good troll would use a name that has no specific tie to conservatives or politics.
