Yikes. Catching up a little on some old threads?

Yes mainly because Bob Barker is on the speaking curcuit today. He was on Bill O’Reilly and mentioned that he is a veg... and his comments about politics were very Republican and might I add conservative.

Enjoy retirement, Bob. I wonder if Barker's Beauties will keep him company.

They may still have opportunities to meet up in court.

Since 1996, Bob Barker has been sued by six women for charges including sexual harassment, racial discrimination and wrongful termination (most notably by Janice Pennington and Kathleen Bradley, two other longtime and well-known models on the show). To date all the women have received out-of-court financial settlements, save one (Reigert), which is still pending.

I think Tom Burgeron (SP?) from Funny Home Videos would be a good replacement.

He served in the Navy - very supportive of the military. His political contributions, though few, went to a Republican candidate.

He was actually hosting Who Wants to Be a Millionaire this week in place of Meredith Vieira.

And whoever takes over will be succeeding Bob Barker - he can’t be replaced.

Was he on O’Reilly’s radio show or TV show?

Did you see the 50 years in Television tribute to him the other night?

TV show. I missed the 50 years in Television. Was it good? Did you get the impression that he was Republican or was there more info out there. O’Reilly had him on for five or so minutes so I could have not gotten the full story.

I saw somewhere that he was to be taping his last show today, and that it would be shown twice on Friday, June 15...once at its regular time, and again in prime time.

That's him! Say, he's pretty up in years, too, huh? Who did the Newlywed Game?

Bob Eubanks

Richard Dawson?

Well, Richard Dawson is much cuter than Bob Barker.

What about David Lee Roth? I mean he did become “America’s Favorite Game Show Host” at the end of the “Hot For Teacher” video.

Actually, there are rumors that Osmond will indeed replace Barker.
