At least 130 Iraqi women were beheaded between June 2000 and April 2001.
Saddam committed sixteen violations of the Hague and Geneva conventions during his 1990 invasion of Kuwait, according to a Pentagon report, including torture by amputation, electric shock, rape, forced self-cannibalism and dismemberment

Pledged and distributed checks of $25,000 to families of murder-bombers, several of which resulted in deaths of United States citizens. As for terrorists IN Iraq, he was most likely correct. What of it? Who, aside from liberals who imply it, said that we went to Iraq to fight terrorists? We went to Iraq because Saddam had a decade to declare all his weapons of mass destruction, to provide evidence that these weapons were destroyed, and he failed to do so.
It, of course, helped that Saddam was one of two leaders who expressed pleasure at the events of 9/11.
