One more thing; we're the defense.
The Colts sure look smart now in letting Egghead James go.
But this all comes back to a myriad of poor coaching decisions. It brings back so many memories of Jack Pardee's perpetually clueless face wasting Warren Moon and handing playoff game after playoff game to inferior teams.
Of course the last coach to look as pathetic as Denny Green was Mack Brown 2 years ago...
Yeah, but what we saw tonight was that it doesn't matter how good a Cardinal is--they still lose. Even when the other team is gift-wrapping the W
What really ticked me off was all the f#$ing Bears fans there rooting against the Cards.
The field goal should have been a gimme ... the fourth-quarter meltdown was just a complete mental "we don't think we can win this thing."
That's too bad ... the Bears are a 'good' team, but Rex Grossman was self-destructing right and left, and if the Cardinals had *any* killer instinct in them and gone for touchdowns rather than field goals at every opportunity, they would have won the game.
Don't forget the pair of fumbles
Denny Green just melted down on the post game presser....
Yelled Bullsh!t several times in response to a question!!!
Thanks ...
ESPN says that this is the first time in the history of pro or college football that a team has come back from 20 points down to win without an offensive touchdown.
Top 10 choke of all time?
fire him--he needs to go. Conservative playcalling led to one of the worst collapses ever.
Maybe next year, Coors Lite can run those "press conference" beer commercials with Dennis Green instead of Dick Vermeil.
I hope someone asked him what Egghead James average per carry.
average = averaged
You might expect not so many Bears fans, given that it's like 2000 miles from Chicago.
I'm not seeing the postgame presser...what's DG saying?
And as much as I hate the Bears, I'm still laughing my a$$ off because Denny Green was the victim.
Ha!
Well, I guess Miami still has a chance to repeat history in 3 weeks, the Sunday after Halloween. But it will be in Chicago. So didn't the NFL finally agree this year to shift games in the 2nd half of the season to get good ones for Sunday nite and Monday nite? Would be pretty cool to shift the Miami at Chicago game.
Just tune into SportsCenter anytime tomorrow morning and they'll replay it on the hour.
