I just saw the report...
Prayers up for her poor family....and for her to be killed on the weekend her family was there...is just so awful.

As sad as it is that this advice is necessary and legitimate,young women should be *very* wary of men that they meet at 2AM.
That goes for big cities,small towns and everywhere in between.

I was in Burlington on vacation that night. The town was full of students and their parents out having a good time as it was UVM's Parent's Weekend. The stretch of Main Street where she was walking from the downtown to the campus was bright and well-traveled. She must have got into somebody's car or went to somebody's house.
This is terrible news and I hope they find and punish the perpetrator quickly.
