I'm not expecting truth or anything fair from 60M. If they deliver, I'll be presently surprised, but I don't hold any hope of that happening.
Innocent, but white.
I have watched one too many 60 Minutes hatchet pieces over the years to have a lot of confidence in the fairness of this piece.
That said, I will be interested to hear Reade Seligmann and Colin Finnerty actually speak.
Like others I will suspend judgment until the actual content and spin is discernible.
I was under the impression that his only business is in the "town". Or did he take the family to Disneyworld on the county's dime?
So what is Kim Roberts Pittman doing now? Writing screenplays?
I'll be watching and praying. I've been gearing up for this every evening -- prayer changes things.
I'm a little bit conflicted. It has been so many years since I last watched 60 Minutes that I literally do not remember when it was. Maybe 20 years ago...at least 15. I hate to break that streak, but I'm seriously thinking about doing so.
What I find interesting at this point is the negative tone of this article toward the FA and the DA. The paper seems to be plowing the field to prepare for a scathing (or at least negative) report. Does the paper know something, or is it just in the "just in case" mode?
I have a very hard time expecting anything fair and balanced from 60 Minutes. You would never go broke in betting against any use of journalistic integrity where that bunch is involved.

'OTHER' STRIPPER IN DUKE LACROSSE RAPE CASE REFUTES KEY PART OF ACCUSER'S STORY
Thu Oct 12 2006 12:34:11 ET
In an interview set to run Sunday night, 60 MINUTES' Ed Bradley talks with the other exotic dancer caught up in the alleged Duke Lacrosse tape:
"In the police statement, [accuser] describes the rape in this way: Ê'Three guys grabbed Nikki,' 'That's you,' says Bradley, "'Brett, Adam and Matt grabbed me. They separated us at the master bedroom door while we tried to hold on to each other. Bret, Adam and Matt took me into the bathroom.' Were you holding on to each other? Were you pulled apart?" Ê
"Nope," replies Roberts, who says she was hearing this account for the first time.
Developing...
However, she was the slut that sought out media advice on how to capitalize on the situation. Now she is on 60 MIN - she must have gotten some good advice.
She is lying about some aspect of her involvement which will be used to impeach her entire story.
How does this result in a fair trial? Also, why is it taking so long to get into court?
Whatever happened to these guys anyway? Were the charges dropped?
Well, there was an athletic-looking young man (who looked like a college athlete; I thought he might be a football player for Rutgers) helping out there, and after an hour or so I asked him where he was in school and if he played ball for them...he said he played ball, but lacrosse was his sport. I told him that our family was a lax family (one son and two daughters play) and then asked him where he went to school, and he said he was between colleges. I asked him where he had gone to high school, and he said Delbarton.
I then said, "Hey...that's where that Duke lax guy played his high school lax..." And he looked at me and said "That's me." (Reade Seligmann).
I told him about FR and the support this board has given him and his mates. I cannot and will not report on what he said or didn't say for obvious reasons, but rest assure that I asked him no questions re that night.
What a kid--I was most impressed. And make sure all of you watch 60 minutes.
